SECD online resources can be used in a variety of ways:

For your own professional development, by delving into a variety of early years topics. For tips on finding what you’re looking for, see “Getting Started Tip Sheet” 

For staff training, by selecting topics for staff meetings to encourage critical thinking and discussion. For group learning suggestions, see “Using SECD Resources for Professional Development”

For providing orientation and essential information to new staff members, see “Using SECD Child Development Primer for Staff Orientation“.
