For your own professional development, delve into a variety of early years topics. For staff training, select topics to encourage critical thinking and discussion. For suggestions for early learning and child care professionals, see “Using SECD Resources for Professional Development”. For suggestions for health care providers, see “Using SECD Resources for Professional Development for Health Care Providers”. Note: while these documents outline plans for group learning, you can easily adapt them for remote or individual learning – for example, have individuals review selected material on their own and then discuss it with others in a virtual/online meeting forum.
