We have very few of those. In developing countries we still see a lot. For the baby, again, it\u2019s what kinds of illness does the baby suffer after birth and how many neonatal deaths or early childhood deaths do we have, so prenatal care can impact both of those favorably. Part of it is because we\u2019re able to identify and manage any maternal complications of the pregnancy in a timely fashion.
