And I think that really comes back to what we believe about communities of practice and what we know about communities of practice. So when we think about the theories behind communities of practice, it&#8217;s really understanding that each person matters, each person has value, each person is unique, each person has giftings and talents and it doesn&#8217;t matter who you are, it doesn&#8217;t matter where you come from, it doesn&#8217;t matter what level of education you might or might not have or how many years you&#8217;ve been in the field. You have something to offer. And when we take that stance, then we open up dialog. We open up, we create a safe space for people to ask a question that maybe they wouldn&#8217;t normally ask in a workshop or in a professional development opportunity where they feel as though they need to look a certain way or act professional.
