Alexis’ bus
[Adult]: All right, let’s…
[Child]: We need a bus driver.
[Adult]: Should we ask Jean-Michael? Jean-Michael, will you be our bus driver now that you’re finished with the wrecking ball? Alright, great. We need a bus driver. So this is the seat for the driver. Okay. And here are our tickets. We’re ready to go. All we need is a driver. Do you want Alexis to be the driver?
[Child]: No.
[Adult]: So you want Jean-Michel to be the driver, and he wants you to be the driver. What are we gonna do?
[Child]: You’ll be the best driver.
[Adult]: Oh, Jean-Michel. Is that okay with you? It’s not. It is okay with you. I’ll be the bus driver. All right.
So I definitely need…
[Child]: Sit on here.
[Adult]: I need to sit in the driver’s chair and I need
[Child]:And you need a hat?
[Adult]: I don’t see any hats in this room, but I can imagine I’m wearing a hat here. Oh, get it on really tight so it doesn’t fall off. Do you like my hat? No, no.
[Child]: Sit on this.
[Adult]: All right. Got my steering wheel. Alright. Jean-Michel. Alright. There’s two tickets here. That means that there can be two passengers on my bus. One, two tickets and one two passengers.
[Child]: No you need to buy a ticket. He didn’t pay.
[Adult]: Oh, okay. I was letting him use my ticket. Thank you very much. Take a seat. When everyone is sitting the bus, we’ll move. Are we ready? Mm-Hmm. All right. You know what? We need
[Child]: A steering wheel.
[Adult]: Well, this is my steering wheel. It’s just a little small, but I was thinking we needed noise. What kind of noise does a bus make?
[Child]: Beep. Beep the horn.
[Adult]: Oh no. Beep beep. I almost ran into somebody.
[Child]: Inaudible
[Adult]: Get outta the way. Okay. How about, how about some vrouming noises? [vroum noises..] Alright. All right. Uh, where do you wanna go?
[Child]: Um, to the store.
[Adult]: To the store? Yes. You too, Jean-Michel, to the store? All right, we’re almost there. One more block. And here we are. Here we are at the store. See you later. Thanks for riding on my bus. Thank you. Is that a tip?
[Child]: Then you got to give me one back.
[Adult]: Oh, okay. Like change. All right. Thanks for coming. John Mikel, this is your stop. I’ll see you later. Have a good day. You’re staying on my bus. Alright, going back to freight house. Uh, Beep beep. Oh, you know what? When you’re ready to get off, pull the rope to make the bell ring. Okay. Then I’ll know you’re ready to get off. Do you ever get to pull the string on the bus? Make the bell ding, ding, ding, ding. Are you ready?
[Adult]: Oh, stop. New passenger, new ticket.
[Child]: I’m gonna pay.
[Adult]: Okay. Yeah. Put it right in.
[Child]: Look at…
[Adult]: That’s all right. They’ll fix that back at the shop. All right. Hmm. I wish somebody would get off my bus already. This is a long ride. I’m sure I’ll hear the bell ding soon. Oh, I’m stopped at a red light.
[Child]: Ding, Ding.
[Adult]: Ding, ding. Oh, okay. I’ll open the door. There you go. Do you want your chain? Whoa. You okay? Mm-Hmm. Gotta be careful when you get off the bus. Watch your step. Have a great day. All right.
